Air conditioning & Electrical Maintenance Services Contract for Das Island from the Prestigious Client Abu Dhabi Marina Operating Company (DMA-OPCO) against stiff competition. The maintenance contract shall be for a period of three years.

Against stiff competition, Maintenance Contract for “Marina Mall” Shopping mall, Abu Dhabi has been awarded to FMD Abu Dhabi. The project was executed by M &E Abu Dhabi. The contract includes complete Maintenance and Operation of Fountain and Hi-tech lights of the prestigious Shopping Mall. The contract is for three years.

- After sales brservice during defects liability period of the completed MEP projects.
- Annual maintenance contract after the completion of defects liability period (post warranty) to the existing MEP customers.

FMD have established a ‘Central Monitoring Station’, which gives out automatic signals to our Control Room when any fault occurs in the connected Central Air conditioning Equipment / System under our Service.

- Reset’ for Starting of Chillers, Pumps & Fresh Air Handling Units
- Supply and Return Temperature of Chilled Water Common Lines
- Supply Air Temperature of Fresh Air Handling Units
Our service personnel will be deputed immediately to the concerned site upon receiving the signal to rectify the fault without even waiting for complaint from the Client. This round-the-clock monitoring facility is offered ‘free of cost’ to our customers.

FMD Help Desk is providing a 24 hours toll free call point for all our Clients and Customers. Our Crew is always available to attend emergency calls day and night regarding any problems, ensuring minimum hindrance in restoring normal working of Central Air Conditioning Equipment / Plants.
DUCT CLEANING TECHNOLOGY
FMD have introduced aN innovaive technology for Duct Cleaning.
With the help of highly sophisticated technology and competent personnel specially trained for duct cleaning and by using special tools like Air whips, Rotating Brush etc. the duct is cleaned properly in order to give hygienic and leaned cool air to the Client/Customers.
The remote controlled Robotic Vehicles with two built in video cameras and specially designed rotating brush system performs effective cleaning. The cleaning process can be viewed and recorded at the time of execution of work. The video recording of the entire procedure is then handed over to the customer.
This is a new technology – Negative Air Process by FMD.
