ETA M&E has been awarded the electromechanical works for Mirdiff City Centre, by M/s. Majid Al Futtaim Group, the Developers of Shopping Centres in the Middle East and North Africa. The total built up area this mall would be around 550,000 square meters on Mirdiff area located on Emirates Road

On completion, Mirdiff City Centre will  have 440 outlets with provision for 8 anchor stores including Carrefour in two-level mall, Magic Planet, 14-screen multiplex cinema, 2 food courts with 60 multi-cuisine restaurants, cafes and 7,000 plus Car Park.

The electromechanical works include more than 18,000TR of Air Conditioning, Electric Sub Stations catering to 112 MW of connected load, Complete LV works and ELV systems including state of the art BMS, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Video Intercom, Security access etc. and Water Supply, Sanitary & Fire Fighting works covering high end quality requirements.
