ETA M&E Division has been awarded a prestigious project in Business Bay, Dubai.

This project belongs to Dubai Properties and this contract is to carry out electromechanical works for 11 Towers (10 Residential and 1 Office Tower) ranging from 32 to 55 storeys with a common podium.

This project is the very first phase of the entire development in Business Bay area, planned to be constructed over the next 7 to 10 years.

The scope involves approx. 18,000 TR Air Conditioning work with other systems such as Lighting, Power, BMS, Fire Alarm and Fire protection, Sprinklers, Water supply and Drainage systems.
